Terms & Legal Disclosures

Billing & Payment

All monthly contract plans are invoiced in advance. Overage fees are calculated at the end of each billing cycle and due upon receipt. Prepaid plans must be funded before service activation.

Contract Term & Renewal

Contract plans automatically renew for successive terms unless canceled in writing no less than 30 days prior to the renewal date. Early termination fees may apply.

Service Scope

Enchanted Link provides dispatching, call handling, and communication services only. We are not a freight broker or carrier. Liability for freight delays, losses, or miscommunications is limited to the scope outlined in the Service Agreement.

Rate Adjustments

Enchanted Link reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ written notice.

Governing Law

All agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Limitation of Liability

Enchanted Link’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer during the preceding three (3) months of service.

By subscribing to or using any EnchantedLink plan, the customer agrees to be bound by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and all applicable policies.
